Sushma Vijay is responsible for Medisweans business and operations for the US and Indian Region. Sushma leads the exponentially growing BPO Business Division, focusing on the Health Insurance and Claim Management segments.

She has over 7 years experience in Medical Billing industry. Prior to joining Sweans, Sushma was the Billing Manager of Avijar Medical in Bangalore and Senior Executive with Convergys India.
Sushma also globally manages the call centre operations in Sweans. She has extensive experience in providing billing solutions for various providers in USA. In her last assignment before joining Sweans, she was the Chief Consultant for Harrisons Billing implementing Medical billing Software solutions in the US sector.
Sushma holds a degree in Instrumentation and a masters Degree in Public Relations and Insurance. |

Ron Johnson VP for Business Development
Ron Johnson is the VP of Business Development at Medisweans US. He has been responsible for the company's success in the fiercely competitive international market. His astuteness and strategy has been the pillar of Medisweans success. In 1985 Ron started a 13 year career as a Field Service Engineer at Helena Labs a clinical lab provider. |
